Nickel Mint Error, Any Idea Worth?

I came across this nickel almost free. I am curious is anyone knows anything about coin errors and have any idea if it is worth sending in to PCGS and having it graded or just to save my money since it costs 50$ just for an Error Submission. Anyway here are a couple pictures, any input on my coin is greatly appreciated!! Also how often are coins like this seen in the wild?
