Can Anyone ID This Asian Coin?

Does Anybody have any idea where this coins is from and what is says on it. I assume Asia I wonder if Korea pre Korean War but I am guessing. I came across it with some other world coins and have no idea about this one. It does have some beautiful flowers, I assume it is from 1942 since it has a 42 on it. Nickel Mint Error, Any Idea Worth?

I came across this nickel almost free. I am curious is anyone knows anything about coin errors and have any idea if it is worth sending in to PCGS and having it graded or just to save my money since it costs 50$ just for an Error Submission. Anyway here are a couple pictures, any input on my coin is greatly appreciated!! Also how often are coins like this seen in the wild?

My Kenwood I don't really want to get rid of

This is my Kenwood TS-790A  I bought for use with working some of the Amsat www.amsat.org sats but I didn't have enough money to get into it like I wanted to and I hve other VHF and UHF radios I have I can use.  1.2Ghz will have to wait, I know of only a couple of hams anyway in this state that has 1.2Ghz so I would have to build an impressive station to use it.  I did try KB0HH one time during a contest with an antenna borrowed from KC5DPT and could hear EM06 in EM15 but they could not hear me.  I barely uses the radio much as you can see it does work.  I bought another radio just like this to get the 1.2Ghz module since it was rare and the only way I could so I really don't need it anyway if anyone has any questions let me know.  I am looking to get rid of this.  It does weigh alot.

AL 811A USA Made RF Ham Radio Amplifier Tubes

811A's are used in the well known Ameritron 811 amateur radio amplifier here is a picture of 2 I have up on eBay currently.  The one on the right is a little darker.  I have heard of welps or welts on tubes can anyone tell if these tubes have been ran too hard?  Thanks for any information anyone can share.  Thank you
